Can I use our existing WhatsApp number?
Yes — we help you connect it to the official WhatsApp Business platform. The number can’t stay on the normal WhatsApp app at the same time, so many institutions use a separate number.
How many messages can I send on day one?
A new number starts at 2,000 people a day and grows as you send. If a broadcast is bigger, we split it across days automatically.
What is DLT and do I need it for SMS?
In India every SMS sender must register a sender ID and templates on DLT. We can do the registration for you as a one-time setup service.
Can my team work in it together?
Yes. Owners handle billing, admins send, editors create posters that need approval, and viewers see reports only.
